Our Ibérico hams became a very important product for our business. The main reason of this importance is the careful selection of the best raw materials.

We buy the fresh pieces in slaughterhouses from Salamanca, Extremadura and Huelva. The entire elaboration process is carried out in our facilities in the traditional way. We look for pigs that have been fed the time required to guarantee an appropriate fat infiltration and a high and homogeneous quality in our hams. Looking for the best quality, we do not usually have small ibérico hams.
