Loin

Our pork loin is elaborated using exclusively selected pork loin, red pepper, salt, garlic and oregano, stuffed in natural casing, and a slow cure process. Finally the sausages are submitted to a slight smoked process to obtain a remarkable characteristic point of the sausages from Leon.

The taste has been awarded in the national and international markets, obtaining the Great Taste Award GOLD in London 2008.
