Sausages

Our sausages are elaborated stuffing selected lean pork, paprika, salt, garlic and oregano in natural casing. A slow curing time comes next.

Finally sausages go through a slight smoking process to obtain the remarkable characteristic feature of the sausages from León. We use the same smoking technique as our ancestors: oak or holm-oak firewood, getting the artisanal elaboration flavor.
